Hazard, 27, started Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with the Gunners in the Premier League but was substituted in the 82nd minute at the Emirates after sustaining a calf injury.
While the injury meant Hazard played no part in the side’s goalless draw with Norwich, the Belgian is back in contention to face Arsene Wenger’s men on Wednesday night.
Asked about Hazard’s problem ahead of the London derby, Conte said: ‘Eden is in a good physical condition.
‘He recovered from this little problem in his calf. He’s in contention for tomorrow.’
Asked how Chelsea will deal with the likes of Mesut Ozil at Stamford Bridge, Conte replied: ‘I think the [last] game against Arsenal was a good game.
‘I think our performance was very good but we know very well which are the point of strengths of this team and maybe where they have the weak points.
‘I think we try to stay in the game I the right way, we want to play another good game. We want to try to win the game.
‘But for sure we must pay great attention because we are talking about a great team, a big team.
‘Arsenal is one of six top teams in England, we must pay great attention tomorrow.’
