It was announced that GSP is injured and will not fight interim champion Robert Whittaker in the near future.
It leaves the middleweight division in chaos after Michael Bisping lost his UFC title to the Canadian.
Rockhold believes the UFC should install Whittaker as the champion and forget all about GSP.
‘He’s not fighting any of us,’ Rockhold said on the The MMA Hour.
‘He’s too small. Guys like me would feast on Georges. He won’t last here.

‘He had his opportunity, he got his belt, good for you. Just move along and let us handle our business here.’
Rockhold has been a vocal critic of the UFC and their decision-making after Bisping was allowed to dodge the top contenders and face St-Pierre.
Bisping’s first defence against Dan Henderson, who was then ranked outside the top ten, raised eyebrows, but the UFC billed it as a grudge match and the Brit managed to get revenge in October 2016.
GSP’s camp announced their fighter was suffering with colitis, a serious condition, and would be out for the foreseeable future.
It means it has been well over a year since the middleweight title has been on the line between the champion and the No.1 contender.
‘I don’t want to jump to conclusions,’ Rockhold said about GSP’s medical issues.
‘But, I mean, the fact is come out and just that say you don’t want to fight here in the division, relinquish the title, and move on.
‘I’m tired of story after story and just dragging us on and leaving us in the dark. State what it is.
‘If you’re sick you’re sick, but the fact is, you don’t want to fight in the division.’
