People snuck into stores across the US disguised as Walmart workers as thousands stormed shops to take advantage of outrageous discounts.
One man posted a series of photos and wrote on Twitter: ‘Good thing I kept my vest from Walmart when I quit. We live baby. Black Friday shopping bout to be lit. I’m skipping everybody.’
Some people were selling their old uniforms in the lead up to the holiday madness.
Photos of Walmart vests for sale on Facebook were doing the rounds for weeks.
The caption reads: ‘Walmart vest for sale $20 wear it and walk right out the door without paying on Black Friday’.
Ads for sales like this circulate every year around Thanksgiving time and people get ready to raid stores in mob-like style for heavily discounted goods.
But those hoping to fool staff at stores won’t have much luck with this trick as employees are searched.
Black Friday officially kicked off at around 5pm the day before for some stores.
